to Our New Site
The Waterpark Community Builders group has been working hard this fall and winter to establish an official community association in our area. After planning and hosting the community BBQ and Pancake Breakfast for several years it was determined that our area would benefit from the Incorporation of a non-profit group. We are now officially incorporated as Waterpark Estates & Area Community Association.
The boundaries of our association are North- Tamke Rd , South- Haultain Rd. West-3043, and East- 3040. This encompasses Ridgeview, All of Waterpark, Waterpark East, Prairie Haven, and several free standing households. If your household falls out of this area and you would still like to be a member, please feel free to join our association. We are an inclusive group and the boundaries that are setup are a requirement for future development projects but are not a strict boundary of our membership base.
Why make this change to a more formal group:
· It allows us to tap into municipality and government grant funding for events and projects.
· It allows us to run more formal fundraisers for projects or events.
· It allows us to consider a bigger picture, think of the possibilities of developing a green space or enhancing our amenities.
· It allows us to work as a collective and advocate for our community with regards to RM projects.
What this means for our membership:
· We will need a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 11 volunteers to sit on the board as officers in varying positions. 2-year term commitment as per established bylaws.
· We will be hosting a membership drive to support our operation costs at the rate of $20 per household per year. The members in good standing will be offered a discount for events hosted.

Pancake Breakfast, Bike Parade and AGM
Our 3rd Annual Pancake Breakfast & Bike Parade is Sunday, June 8th, 2025 at 3 Werschner Drive, Waterpark Estates. New to this year: our AGM will follow the pancake breakfast. We are looking for new community association members!
